The Role:
Job Description:
• Review and reply to general, routine external company communications received by the President's office, ensuring prompt, courteous action and good public relations
• Screen and evaluate internal and external incoming documents and prioritize forthcoming events for the President to make decisions about or approve
• Communicate presidential instructions and distribute documents received by the President’s office to the department heads that they concern
• Maintain and ensure confidentiality of information by authorized personnel
• Pass on/ relay messages of the President during his absence in responding to urgent and essential internal and external communications
• Make contacts as necessary with high-ranking government and embassy officials and venture partners to arrange or confirm meetings for the President, and in doing so maintain good relationships with the secretaries for stakeholder organizations.
• Plan and organize meetings, conferences, other functions, and appointments on behalf of the President and/or visiting head office executives
• Arrange travel plans, itineraries, travel reservations, and hotel accommodations for the President's trips, as well as those for his visitors from abroad
• Compose and word process correspondence, reports and messages
• Maintain an efficient filing system within the President's office
• Ensure that the personnel files of all departments heads and those containing the President’s Direct Reports are updated and kept confidential
• Monitor and update the Policy and Procedures manuals for maintenance of the President’s files
• Ensure that adequate office supplies are on hand and that the equipment in the President’s office is maintained in good working order

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree , Prior experience with secretarial work is preferred
• Fluent in English communication with a minimum TOEIC score of 800
• Highly skill in using Office suites software
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, effectively plan and prioritize work/assignments, well organized, manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated good Leadership qualities. Effective coordination and communication skills. Demonstrated the Chevron Way behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels. Excellence in building good relationships with peers, JV partners, government officials and key internal stakeholders.
