The Company:
Our an integrated energy group, present in all phases of the petroleum value chain, consisting of more than 11,500 professionals.

They engage in exploration and production of petroleum refining, distribution and marketing of petroleum derivatives, petrochemicals, gas and electricity.

Our client is a large Spanish Operator, established in the market for more than 80yrs. Through a gradual internationalization of its activities, is present in North Africa, North and South America and Europe.

The Role:
To generate and promote new offshore projects from the company’s portfolio of undeveloped or developed assets (operated or not) and perform all development and feasibility studies proposed by the New Business Unit for acreage, asset and company acquisition: responsible to promote, engage, evaluate, analyze, conduct and coordinate all studies required before a development / investment decision can be made by the company management.

To work out with affiliates their long term plan and work load.
To guarantee that assets developments comply with the company’s standards & rules in terms of design, health, safety and environment.
To promote new technologies, technical innovations, new domains and cost reductions.
To Coach and Supervise Junior development engineers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Engineering degree MSc. equivalent (Petroleum engineer is a plus)
- Fluent in English. Other languages is a plus
- More than 8-15 years’ experience in one of the following domains:
• Business and project Development
• Field Production Management
• Production Engineering
• Reservoir Engineering
• Facilities/Process Engineering
