The Role:
o Strong analytical skills in relation to document capture, cataloguing and migration.
o Process and Procedure development including appropriate business analysis, delivery and audit.
o Document Management System Super User / Business Administrator.
o Delivery of Training sessions on both Systems and Procedures.
o Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
o Experience in utilising and contributing to the development of Electronic Document Management Systems, especially
Documentum.
o Exposure to cross value chain documentation management (Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain., EHS etc.).
o Set up, management and delivery of Data capture & Cataloguing Sub Projects.
o Project Team organisation and appropriate resource application to ensure the success of Project Delivery.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Document Management Experience.
o Experience of holding a Senior / Project Lead position.
o Oil & Gas experience.
