The Role:
To be responsible for his/her own and others safety.
Support processes to ensure risk are identified and controlled.
Comply with legislations, standards and safety policies.
Comply with and maintain the Upstream Business Management System (BMS)

To provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the project team and to assist engineers with the control and tracking of technical documentation.

• Provide a consistent and controlled method for administration tasks within the projects as required.
• Provide a consistent and controlled method regarding the updating of all Project documentation as required.
• Administering an AssaiNet EDMS and ensuring all documents, TQ's, EQ's and Interface registers are available to the project, distribution is maintained and comments and recorded and returned to contractors
• Ensuring that Engineers adopt the document review workflow process within AssaiNet
• Preparing reports on the performance of the EDMS and it's management.
• Administering Contractors to work within AssaiNet
• Ensure clear and consistent company format and technical standards are used throughout.
• Ensuring technical standards are maintained and items are linked to the correct documentation.
• Follow engineer’s instructions regarding the resolution with engineers on actions arising from Design Reviews.
• Provide a reliable method for the creation and advanced editing of various types of data using software such as Visio, Project, Word, Excel and Paintshop.
• Additionally, when workload demands, the job holder may be assigned other duties as defined by their Supervisor or Line Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HND or equivalent in an appropriate subject.

Experience within Oil and Gas preferred but not essential
Competent user of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio and AssaiNet

Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and generate solutions to complex problems.
