The Company:
Amongst the worlds largest independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies, they safely deliver resources to the energy hungry world. They are actively engaged in New Zealand and have advanced exploratory programmes in the deep water Taranaki and Canterbury basins.

The Role:
The Drilling Supervisor will be responsible for the safe running of the rig and ensuring all well-site operations are performed in a safe environment. You will ensure that the well work is carried out to the Company’s requirements and issued work program. The highest regard will be paid to the safety of the well-site personnel and the environment and you will adopt a proactive approach to safety by generating and promoting safe working initiatives with Company’s contractors.

The Drilling Supervisor will personally witness first hand (and supervise as appropriate) all important operations at the well-site and you will continually assess the Company’s contractors’ ability to provide a competent level of service by completing assessment reports.

This assignment is offered a residential role in New Zealand, ideal for any New Zealanders or Australians looking for break from the rotational assignment, or as a rotational role assignment for those that enjoy the even time roster.
