The Company:
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider for blue-chip companies in the UK.

The Role:
- Ensure that all drawing office deliverables, whether CAD or manually produced, satisfy company accuracy and presentational requirements and are prepared in accordance with the Company and Project Quality Assurance
requirements.
- Responsible for checking of drawings in accordance with Company Procedures.
- Act as a Senior Designer on proposals as assigned by the Chief Electrical Engineer and to carry out design work for such proposals.
- Liaise with other disciplines as required.
- Ensure personal compliance with current company policy, relevant legislation and company and client’s requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental matters and work in such a manner not to cause personal harm
or injury to fellow workers, client and subcontractor employees or the environment.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a manner that will produce a safe and operable design, and that all personnel assigned work in a safe.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements of the discipline in a range of industries.
- Proven capability as a Designer by the successful execution of a number of projects.
- ONC / OND / HNC / HND or equivalent qualification + Demonstratable Experience.
