The Company:
Our client is a major global Oil and Gas EPC management company that can cover small Brownfield projects to major Greenfield projects.
They are a growth company who can serve as a Sole Supplier, Joint Venture or Subcontractor. With a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects they are a progressive and attractive company.

The Role:
We are currently sourcing a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Teesside Office on an Agency contract hire basis.

Experience of working on front End and Detail Design projects in the chemical and petro-chemical industries (LNG and Oil/Gas experience is desirable, but not essential).
Applicants should have experience in the chemical and petro-chemical industries (LNG and Oil/Gas experience is desirable, but not essential).
The candidate will be familiar with the specification of building services including fire detection, communication systems, LV distribution including MCCs, power distribution, lighting and small power, earthing and lightning protection.
The applicants must be familiar with the associated calculation requirements, preferably with Amtech experience.
Applicants must be fully conversant with BS 7671 current edition and hazardous area applications in a Chemical and Petro-Chemical environment with a working knowledge of the ATEX requirements.
Applicants should be able to undertake projects, studies and prepare cost estimates. Experience of undertaking a lead project role will be an advantage.
Candidates should be prepared to periodically travel and work away from our Billingham offices.
