The Company:

The Role:
• Contribute to maximizing the value of Our clients E&P’s UKCS exploration activities
• Contribute to delivering on existing licence commitments
• Geological analysis and assessment of exploration and appraisal projects
• Represent company in Joint Ventures as TCM representative
• Contribute to BD and Licensing Round work
• Prospect generation and maturation, risk analysis, volume assessment
• Geological well preparation - Provide geological support to operations and well engineering groups towards delivery of exploration and appraisal wells
• Demonstrate and promote one or more core geological skills e.g. basin modelling, pressure prediction, fault seal analysis, reservoir characterization, biostratigraphy
• Liaison with cross border teams and disciplines
• Co-ordination of all internal and external geological studies for designated licenses
• Participate and contribute to internal technical assurance procedures
• Represent E&P in Joint Ventures, both operated and non-operated

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• MSc in Geology or related discipline Required
• At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry Required
• Proven competence and track-record in exploration and appraisal Required
• UKCS experience preferred Required
• Operator experience desirable but not a pre-requisite Required
• Like working in international and rapidly acting teams Required
• Good communication skills, both written and oral for effective liaison with various stakeholder Required
• Ability to integrate well with other disciplines Required
• Mentoring of junior technical colleagues Required
• HSEQ awareness Required
