The Role:
Senior Facilities Assistant/Administrator
This is a senior position, managing a small team of facilities assistants across six active sites.
The team manages all building and grounds maintenance 24/7,
365 days a year. In addition to this the team also play an essential role as both receptionist and security for the main site, where you will be based.
As a senior FA, you will have a multi-faced role.

Responsibilities include
* Overseeing the aforementioned team, coordinate and plan PPM’s using CAFM software ‘Concept Evolution’. To the latest SFG-20 statutory compliance.
* Daily reactive maintenance.
* Ensuring your sites are up to date, on all current health and safety / compliance regulations.
* All site security is maintained at a high level, processing security clearance for staff, contractors and visitors.
* Attending meetings with clients and contractors, evaluating costs and always looking for cost saving solutions.
* This involves conducting inspections of works and monitoring contractors.
You will be responsible for the staff Rota,ensuring all annual leave/ sick leave is covered.
* Supporting and managing the performance of your team.
* Additionally you will be liaising between departments, with a polite and professional manner.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong experience in a facilities management based role, preferably at senior level.
* A team player, self-motivated and highly organised.
* Able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
* Experience is essential for coordinating and planning PPM’s.
* Highly PC literate, particularly in the use of Microsoft office and CAFM.
* Management experience is essential.
* Qualifications such as Iosh/Nebosh or a facilities/construction degree, will be looked upon favorably.

A starting salary of £26,000 P/A temp to perm
