The Company:
Our Client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of instrumentation for a diverse range of applications in the nuclear industry.

The Role:
• Manage territory and visit customers regularly and efficiently, maximising customer contact time and effectiveness
• Develop strategy for leading nuclear companies and identify needs for these key accounts and other accounts in the territory
• Develop high level relationship with key stakeholders
• Present our products to our customers; to identify and explore customers’ requirements and possible solutions; to present solutions effectively and win orders against competitors.
• To identify new customers and business potential with existing customers, so developing territory.
• Help organise and participate in exhibitions
• Report sales activities and prepare reports and forecasts as required
• Actively participate in tender processing.
• Prepare quotations

Key Performance criteria
• New orders performance v’s targets.
• New order margins.
• Quality and accuracy of sales funnel forecasts.
• Quality of relationships with key customers.
• Bid / Quotation win rate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience selling to the nuclear industry an advantage
• Good sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Effective communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Good organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good time management
• Experience to be able to lobby within the NDA sites to grow business
• Provide and develop the strategy for these NDA sites
