The Role:
The Senior Field Superintendent will provide facility management to the designated MCV (Marine Capture Vessels) and SURF equipment, during the preservation, deployment and containment modes of execution. This position will have direct functional responsibility for production, maintenance, general services and safety.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and commitment to operational excellence and readiness to act in emergency well containment situations.
• Provides all the necessary operation, production, and maintenance information required for safe and efficient operations.
• Ensures that the MWCC operations are compliant with all internal and external integrity systems requirements.
• Provides the information required for updating of all Key Performance Indicators and setting/achieving/surpassing monthly departmental Goals and Objectives.
• Develop, direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel in logistics, safety, maintenance & production.
• Analyze and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures, along with the appropriate maintenance procedures in an effort to improve the operability, maintainability, reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
• Directs facility maintenance in the planning, scheduling and preparation for major repairs and deployment that will minimize deployment downtime.
• Performs other similar or related duties as assigned such as ensuring maintenance of files and records, training and guiding subordinates, trouble-shooting problems, ensuring good housekeeping, environment protection, etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent Oil and Gas Production experience
• Preferred experience in the Subpart O current (T-2 Training)
• Prefer a minimum of 10 years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Candidate must be willing and able to work on a rotating schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off with a possible extended schedule during emergency events
• Familiarity with regulatory systems, recommended practices, related manuals & procedures
• Emergency Management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of Sub-sea systems including installation and remote operation.
• Knowledge of PLC control system (HMI / DCS)
• Mechanical knowledge of Power Generation, Centrifugal Pump Operations and general maintenance of physical plant
• Demonstrated operations assurance experience
• Experience in marine operations/systems maintenance is desirable
