The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
We are currently looking for a Finance Officer – Business Expenses to provide support for the company's Group Australian assets which include both operated and non-operated joint ventures. The successful incumbent will be responsible for management of the Corporate Credit Cards expenses and managing the processes and procedures associated with the management of business expenses.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Administer the Corporate Credit cards (CTA, BTA, and Company Liability cards) program which are utilised for business expenses
• Train new applicants on use of Expense System
• Ensure bank and merchant related disputes are appropriately managed and closed without pending issues.
• Maintain integrity of corporate card data
• Manage system reconciliations
• Collaborate with and support audit and compliance reviews. Follow up action items where necessary.
• Comply with accounting policies and principles
• Understand FBT and GST implications for corporate cards and business expenses
• Document standard operating procedures (including controls and training) for Business Expenses and Corporate Credit Card processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
• > 5 years experience in full-time work environment
• Skilled in administering staff and optimising processes in an accounting environment
• Knowledge of SAP – particularly FI-AP, expense systems, some banking, and AR knowledge
• Willingness to adapt processes and participate in a variety of activities beyond core role
