Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
Main duties for this Role involve:

• Support the HR Team Leader to ensure the provision of advice and support on all HR matters as requested by the client.

• Ensure the consistent application of Company HR Policies and Procedures throughout all areas of your responsibility.

• In conjunction with the HR Team Leader, work with the wider HR Team to deliver continuous improvement and ensure the application of ‘best practice' throughout.

• Report to the HR Team Leader any variances on delivery against the targets set by the client/function.

• Manage the maintenance of all employee data including the preparation of all HRIS as required.

• Manage the relationship with Recruitment, Logistics and Training and Competence Functions to ensure optimum service to the client.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibility.

• Proactively develop skills and understanding of both commercial aspects of the business and the HR function.

• Proactively review all systems and process within your area of responsibility to maximise business process efficiencies & effectiveness with particular emphasis on standardising all data generation and analysis.

• Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required.

• Compliance with Company Core Values at all times.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Chartered CIPD member (or working towards).
