The Company:

The Role:
• Supervises staff engaged in professional HR and administrative activities
• Works closely with business managers to ensure that the HR service delivered is accurate and fit for business need
• Provides advice and guidance in line with relevant legislation and Company Policies and Procedures
• Advises on Employee Relations matters
• Interfaces with the Recruitment Team to ensure timely delivery of client group resource needs
• Manage direct reports and will have responsibility for Performance management; developing self and the encouraging the development of others
• Fully support Corporate HR initiatives
• In addition will support the administrative teams in delivering company-wide initiatives e.g. management and administration of the Flexible Benefits Scheme, Annual Salary Review etc.
• Any other duties as directed by the HR Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent IT Skills, with knowledge of MS Office
Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
Ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire others through enthusiasm and commitment
Ability to multi-task and take on divers broad tasks within own speciality
Relevant previous experience at Senior Business Partner level or similar role
Experienced in handling employee relations issues at all levels, including discipline, grievance and redundancy
Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of HR Advisers

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP knowledge
Experience in employee benefits matters and preferably flexible benefits schemes
