The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
•Lead the development and implementation of behaviour based safety (BBS) programmes through the implementation of corporate standards and programmes, providing direction, training and advice.
•Integrate BBS with the implementation of Company documented HSE Management System (HSE MS) and Human Factors Engineering.
•Integrate BBS with incident investigation, reporting and lessons learned.
•Design and implement a delivery framework for the promotion of Company safety culture.
•Coach leaders, managers and supervisors on the promotion of BBS and a safety culture.
•Conduct safety culture assessments and work with line managers and supervisors to implement intervention programmes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Tertiary education and/or professional registration in a relevant discipline (e.g. OHS, psychology) - Essential.
•Relevant experience in the development of BBS and safety culture programmes and tools, preferably with internationally operating petroleum companies.
•Experience of organisational change and development.
•Ability to influence all levels of an organisation.
•Experienced workshop facilitator and trainer.
•Experience in implementation of HSE systems and building HSE management capability and competence in a new company.
•Familiarity with OHSAS 18000, AS 4810 and other relevant management systems
•Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to network effectively with culturally diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Lead OHS auditor
•Training "root cause" incident investigator
