The Role:
Responsibilities :-
• Assist team to carry out preliminary screen and attend with panel to interview candidates from worker to officer level.
• Carry out job offer for successful candidates and coordinate with contractual hospital to provide pre-hire medical examination.
• Liaise with lines and parties concerned to provide orientation program and prepare facilities in order that candidates commence work smoothly.
• Maintain, update and verify staff personal data record in order to ensure its accuracy.
• Update Manpower Database including probation, promotion, termination and resignation of all employees.
• Verify record of attendance and payroll database.
• Handle annual employee’s database survey and updating.
• Assist team to handle employee performance evaluation e.g. prepare, distribute and collect form, key in evaluation results etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly manpower status reports, attendant record/turnover reports

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years mainly/partially experience in Recruitment or HRIS.
• Good command of English communication
• Good coordination and team player.
• Computer literacy.
• Attention to details.
• Able to permanently work at Laem Chabang, Chonburi.
