The Role:
Relevant ICT work experience & contributions.
Development, implementation & evaluation of systems, upgrades, improvements & modifications.
ICT Co-ordination, hands on maintenance & support of ICT infrastructure, servers, clients, LANs/WANs etc.
Installation, upgrading & general development of software applications.
Building, installation & upgrading of hardware.
Leadership & management of projects with responsibilities including feasibility, capital expenditure, budget forecasting & management, specification of equipment, purchasing sign off, project planning & completion.
Building & maintaining working relationships, with external customers & contractors.
Commercial awareness of the energy market - key players, legislation & regulations.
Experience of working on & contributing to secondment & commissioning work.

Software Knowledge
Microsoft Office- suite.
Internet and intranets.
Maintenance management systems, inc Q4 – use of, updating and maintenance.
Application of data management systems

Managing self & others
Relevant Team Leader / Supervisory experience. Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring.
Committed to self-development. Undertakes & put into practice appropriate learning activities.
Identifies mechanisms to remain up to date with industry, IT & statutory changes & best practice.
