The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
Provide Industrial Engineering & Business Planning support to both Manufacturing Engineering & Production for current and forward model Programmes. Required to assist in the developing work standards, Work Allocation Reports & supporting all MBO related activities for forward model programme actions.
Working with program Office, PD and ME assist in the developing of accurate HPC standards / Manning forecasts for all major / minor forward model product actions within the Cycle Plan
Developing supporting Work Allocation Reports (Man Assignments) for above and ensuring that they are aligned with the process system (Ease).
Engage in regular reviews with Man Eng / Production supporting & helping plan the appropriate deployment of resource and equipment
Assist in the planning, analysis and control of all study elements related to maximising the efficient use of new / existing staff together with new / proposed facilities.
Develop synthetic time standards using Ease system, based on MTM 2 / UAS.
Support manufacturing with manpower planning & tracking of actuals on role.
Participate in ensuring the departments objectives are in full alignment with AM marque values, brand, operational and financial objectives

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Applicants should preferably have extensive Industrial Engineering & Headcount Planning experience ideally in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
Should preferably have a recognised IE qualification i.e. Institute of Management Services (IMS).
Sound product knowledge, analytical skills and report writing skills are essential for this role.
Applicants should have a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, and hold a full, clean driving licence.
Good communication skills, particularly presentation skills, would be advantageous.
