The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Work directly with business stakeholders to support day to day Document Control requirements and longer term objectives
- Ensure integrity and completeness of management systems & business control documentation collections within the DMS master repository
- Monitor compliance and quality assurance activities to ensure integrity and completeness of controlled documentation
- Maintain controlled hardcopy document collection (inc. Field and department satellite locations)
- Develop, generate and distribute business reports as required
- Foster close relationships with key stakeholders to ease information transition within the business
- Perform document control compliance reviews and compile reports back to the business
- Coordinate the review, approval, distribution and transmission of documents
- Monitor the validation and approval of documents to ensure discipline and consistency
- Assist with information gathering, collation and setup for document control, physical files and electronic systems

This position is based in Perth but will including occasional travel to field locations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualification (diploma or degree) preferred
Significant document control experience
Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the Oil and Gas industry
Good IT skills including understanding of the Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat.
Attention to detail a must; good communication skills to varying levels within the organisation.
