The Company:
The Sakhalin 2 project operator

The Role:
1. Sets inspection strategies based on RBI studies and if required initiates/leads updates RBI studies, implementation of RBI in his plant/asset.
2. Plans all static equipment inspections and coordinates with the maintenance planner to ensure time and cost-effective execution of static equipment inspections.
3. Choose appropriate NDT methods for inspection of pressure equipment according to RF and international standard and best practice.
4. Inspect pressure equipment and prepare inspection reports in CIRRAS.
5. Approves modifications and repairs of static equipment.
6. Analyses and interprets all inspection data for his area.
7. Maintain and execute accurate equipment inspection schedules and records. Provide advice and recommendations to maintain plant integrity. Act as curator of inspection history providing transparent access to all.
8. Supervise NDT contract services.
9. Supervise inspection of received materials, manufacture and repair to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
10. Ensure static equipment both new and existing, comply with company and regulatory inspection and design code requirements.
11. Contributes to RCM-studies and RCA studies
12. Developing and maintaining the Technical Integrity of Static Equipment installed including corresponding Technical data Integrity.

General accountabilities:

13. Ensuring that advice given on inspection, maintenance, application, procurement, modification, design, construction and contract of static equipment is fit for purpose and customer focused, i.e. aiming at being the “preferred supplier” for these services.
14. Conduct technical negotiations with relevant authorities, certifying bodies and institutes
15. Maintain the S-RBI (Shell Risk Based Inspection) process, be responsible for RBI implementation and dissemination of RBI philosophy in Operations and Maintenance.
16. Contribute to technical evaluation of contractors in the areas: inspection, engineering, maintenance and construction. Contract holder of mechanical inspection contracts.
17. To lead, prepare and contribute to internal and external technical audits and studies: FAIR, HSE, RRM, HAZOP, RCA etc.
18. To being up-to-date on the status of mechanical inspections, e.g. backlogs, activities, implementation of advices, quality assurance of these and the risk associated.
19. Accountable for the correctness and retrievability of the inspection data, up-to-date databases and reporting of inspection KPI’s.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- HSE competences according to standards;
- Fundamental operating principles of drilling and production process systems
- Excellent communications skills and service provision mentality
- Leadership, coaching, facilitation and teamwork skills
- Change management, negotiation skills and diplomacy
-Russian natinals only!
- Extensive knowledge of materials degradation phenomena, material properties, NDT, design codes and manufacturing processes.
- Basic NDT certification
- RBI methodologies
- Data-Doc management
- Knowledge of Regulatory codes and requirements (local and International)
- API certification (desirable)
