The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Under the direction of Onshore Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer, ensure that Contractorand Subcontractor is delivering the I&C part of the CCPP in line with expectation in safety, reliability, operability and maintainability, within the timeframe of the Project.
• Support/advise the project team and Contractor/Subcontractor on Supplier Package and instrumentation design, construction, hookup and commissioning of the CCPP to meet project requirements • Support/advise the project team and the EPC Contractor/CCPP Subcontractor on resolution of engineering queries and request for waivers.
• Review and comment of Contractor / Subcontractor / Vendor documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure that project specifications are followed or deviations are substantiated in line with project procedures.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations as required.
• Along with the resident electrical engineer, coordinate the integration of the Power Management System in the ICSS.
• Participate in regular progress / technical meetings with Contractor and Subcontractor
• Monitor/review and report progress of the work in a timely manner
• Report on regular basis to line management about CCPP I&C progress and issues.
• Report on regular basis and coordinate with Inpex CCPP package team all technical / contractual issue related to CCPP I&C.
• Coordinate with Contractor and Subcontractor schedule of FAT related to CCPP I&C.
• Attend Inspection and Factory Acceptance Tests of Instrumentation and Control systems on behalf of company as required
• Review and comment on relevant FAT reports
• Ensure that key punch lists subsequent to FAT are well captured and being timely addressed by Contractor / subcontractor.
• Maintain efficient relationship with the main I&C team and CCP Package
• Maintain good relationship with Contractor and Subcontractor personnel in Atlanta’s office

• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviours exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.

Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Highly organized, self motivated results orientated person.
• Sufficient autonomy to be able to live with limited support from main Engineering officein Subcontractor / Contractor’s environment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary Engineering Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering

• Demonstrated engineering experience in provision of fabrication, construction of onshore LNG projects.
• High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, pre-commissioning, installation, hookup and commissioning.
• Experience of specific vendor’s package for a CCPP: Turbines control panel (Mark VI), Burner manager system, HRSG…

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• This position has a 3 month probation
• Regular Travel to Vendors will be required (within USA + International)
