The Company:
Our client is seeking for a successful candidate which will provide discipline engineering expertise for the 6 assets whilst working with multi-discipline engineering team & will report to I&C Engineering Team Leader. The role is to lead the delivery of slug controls to all wells offshore and or all future production enhancement projects.

The Role:
Lead the development of Slug Controllers for the 6 offshore facilities.
Lead I&C scope of all production enhancement projects from PET.
Actively manage engineering deliverables within the Instrument and Control engineering team supporting Offshore Operations
Fully participate in centrally run work planning and execution processes to bring transparency to work
Maintain technical integrity through implementation of company's codes and standard applicable to Instrument and Control engineering
Provide input to all Instrument and Control process plant modifications
Work closely with vendors and support contractors which are utilized to support on-going operations
Provide mentoring and coaching assistance to develop junior engineers
Advise Engineering Team Leader and Operations management on issues related to technical integrity in the areas of Instrumentation and Control
Actively participate in company's technical networks / communities of interest, maintaining a strong awareness of technical learning, advances within their area of specialty, and have close links with AGTR instrument and control Technical Authorities
Ensure that all anomalies are subject to engineering evaluation / failure analysis / fitness for purpose assessment with identification of remedial and recommended follow up action.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering degree relevant to Instrument & Control discipline
Minimum 10 years of Instrument & Control engineering experience
Professional / chartered engineering status is preferred
Proven coaching / mentoring skills with a proven track record
Demonstrated ability to work in a large operation with a multi discipline teams
Strong problem solving skills
Effective communication skills will be required to work with multiple asset
