The Role:
Business Plan Coordination:
Responsible for building and managing the UK Operated cross-asset activity plans. Provides the Business Planning Engineer and Asset Managers with important link between asset activity planning/scheduling and business planning process. This involves direct responsibility to develop, align and actively manage the fully integrated / detailed LOF activity plans needed to yield achievable and sustainable results.

These plans will be managed and maintained in Primavera and CMMS/SAP systems and must consider all asset activities, including but not limited to production enhancement activities (drilling, interventions, workovers, and projects), topsides/subsea maintenance, TARs, asset integrity / asset life extension activities, compliance activities, surveys, etc. Role works closely with the Asset Teams, D&C, MRI, FE, BB Ops Support and other support teams to ensure robust plans are created from the agreed asset objectives and priorities/strategies. Plans will ultimately feed the annual business planning process led by the Business Planning Engineer on behalf of the Asset Managers.
Plan Lockdown and MOC:
Responsible for ensuring the rolling plans are locked down, approved, and formally delivered / signed off to the ownership of the Asset Planners ahead of the upcoming business plan year. Trade-offs and changes to these plans will be controlled by a formal MOC process that requires Asset Manager and/or UK Operated Asset Leadership Team approvals – this position will help facilitate these x-asset MOCs with the Business Planning Engineer.
Tactical Asset Planning/Scheduling:
Responsible for efficiently and effectively managing multiple schedules. Must support Asset Planners in the management and delivery of the current annual plan.
Continuous Improvement:
Responsible for the identification and implementation of standardised best practice work processes for all planning and scheduling activities. Puts in place performance metrics (leading and lagging) to monitor planning effectiveness and drives continuous process improvements across the assets.
General Support:
Provide support for other efforts with directly influence the asset (e.g. OEMS, Base Business, etc).
