The Role:
The Senior Integrity Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the Gulf of Mexico Production Unit (GOMPU) operated assets in the integrity discipline. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining systems and processes to assess, monitor, and continuously improve Facility Integrity Management in the GOMPU. This position will provide integrity engineering support for 2 floating offshore hydrocarbon production facilities and their associated infield subsea flowlines and equipment. Management of the design and implementation of small projects within the area of expertise on the operated assets as assigned.

• Governance role to ensure engineering, maintenance, and project work is carried out in accordance with the required technical standards, processes, and procedures while operating in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
• Own and continually improve the GOMPU integrity and inspection strategies and processes to ensure optimum balance between technical integrity, reliability, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership for integrity management of surface production equipment, facility structure and subsea infrastructure to the GOMPU Operations Team and foster effective relationships with the field operations teams.
• Provide technical input for preventative maintenance and risk based inspection strategies to support the GOMPU initiative of continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain specific KPI's for the measurement of integrity performance across the GOMPU, reporting against these KPI's to provide clear visibility of the delivery and effectiveness of the Integrity Management Strategies.
• Develop, optimize, and support the implementation of predictive and preventive strategies for subsea equipment, fixed equipment, structures (hull and topsides), and pressure systems including development and management of condition based maintenance and fabric maintenance programs.
• Identify opportunities for vendor contractual agreements across the GOMPU to reduce support costs to the company.
• GOMPU technical authority for integrity related issues associated with offshore fixed equipment, structures (hull and topsides), pressure systems and subsea equipment.
• Strategic view and ability to use recognised tools; RBI, FMECA, RCA, CBM in support of continuous improvement to achieve maximum facilities uptime at lowest unit cost
• Ability to manage fabric maintenance crew on offshore facilities; ensuring safe work execution and progress against schedule.
• Develop coating system specification and execution work plan for splash zone hull coating repair.
• Develop scope of work for inspection of subsea equipment including the inspection check sheets needed to document inspection results; potential to tender subsea inspection work to ROV vessel.
• Development of flange management scopes of work and analysis of data from executed work scopes.
• Demonstrated HSEC leadership in a producing asset environment.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications • Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline • Preferably Professional/Chartered Engineer or actively working towards Professional/Chartered status Strong technical knowledge of the inspection and maintenance requirements of surface production equipment, piping, hull and topsides structures, and subsea equipment, as it relates to facility integrity. • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with minimum 5 year in Asset Integrity Management role • Strong communications and influencing skills • Knowledge of US and International equipment standards • Knowledge of US Regulatory requirements - BSEE, US Coast Guard and American Bureau of Shipping.
Degree: Minimum Bachelors in Engineering discipline preferred
