The Company:
Our Rough gas storage facility is the largest in the UK, able to meet approximately 10% of the UK's winter peak day demand and representing more than 70% of the UK's current storage capacity.

The Role:
The Resourcing Specialist will work as part of the PH shared service team being responsible for attracting and delivering high quality candidates, primarily high level roles, across internal, external, permanent & contingent hiring, to the business in a timely and cost efficient manner

Key accountability:
· Liaise with Line Managers to establish technical and cultural requirements of the job to ensure candidates recruited will make a sustained difference to our business.
· Plan and lead advertising campaigns, working with media advisers to utilise appropriate advertising mediums both in the UK and, where appropriate, internationally
· Utilise Linkedin Recruiter licences to support direct hire model and proactively source suitable candidates
· Maintain regular communication with the candidates, responding to candidate queries at any stage of the recruitment cycle ,working to a structured 'keep warm' process and ensuring successful handoff to the induction process
· Ensure all resourcing activity is compliant and in line with relevant country specific legislation and governance to protect the clients right to operate.
· Uphold the group recruitment and assessment standards for all hiring activity, designing & delivering effective assessment strategies thus ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
· Agree and deliver appropriate recruitment strategy with Line Manager (route to market, interview/assessment centre) (move further up the list of bullet points)
· Assist in the choice of and preparation of material and candidate/assessor packs
· Attend interviews/assessment centres, to support Line Managers as required
· Advise on merits or otherwise of each candidate during the 'wash-up' session
· Ensure all resourcing activity is aligned to the talent and D&I strategies

Additional Job Description:
- Experience of the total recruitment cycle ,an awareness of a variety of resourcing methodologies and the use of psychometric tests.
- Proven analytical ability and commercial awareness
- Experience of working with multiple hiring managers in a highly matrixed environment
- Track record of delivering high quality hires across a wide range of disciplines up to and including management level.
- Demonstrable experience of using social media and harnessing its capability as appropriate channels of attraction.
- Track record of delivering quality hires in a fast paced environment.
- Managing multiple roles with a results oriented and 'can do' approach.
- Exposure to the Graduate market and associated early attraction channels, desirable, but not essential.
- Experience of designing and delivering appropriate selection and assessment solutions across multiple disciplines up to and including Management level.
- Experience of applying resourcing related employment law in the UK and , where necessary, international employment law and associated screening/ vetting requirements for both FCA and non-regulated roles in all aspects of the recruitment process.
