The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Responsible for managing all internal and external communications in terms of preparing and issuing internal announcements, internal newsletter materials, Company Magazine articles, press releases, interviews, speeches and materials related to the company’s internal and external communications strategy under the guidance of the Head of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility (CCSR).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University Graduate - preferably in mass communications, journalism public relations, media relations or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic skills, additional languages an advantage
Five to seven years’ experience in journalism, public relations, advertising, preferable in a similar work environment (media relations in oil and gas companies)
Strong Microsoft skills ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Experience working in the Arabian Gulf, with an understanding of its culture and work practices.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Ability to liaise with external agencies, consultants and communications agencies to determine service requirements, timeframes and project related issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work within (and adapt to) multinational and multicultural environments.
