The Company:
Our client is a boil and gas company.
Their Exploration & Production department which has 700 employees and is one of four business units.
They explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, their activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and they have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline.

The Role:
Your main responsibility is to safeguard the technical integrity of Exploration & Production interfield pipelines and to ensure that the pipeline systems are fit-for-purpose and operated and maintained in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with our standards and industry best-practice. You will set up and maintain standards, strategies and procedures as well as define integrity barriers and performance standards for safety-critical elements. In addition, you will ensure and manage the integrity of pipeline systems.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
• actively act as system responsible and focal point
• plan maintenance for execution and evaluate data from performed maintenance
• monitor the maintenance as performed by others and monitor and coordinate the corrosion monitoring and treatments as performed by the Pipeline Integrity Engineer
• estimate and monitor integrity management and maintenance budgets and costs
• produce monthly and annual condition report for each system.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
You have a degree from a university or technical college, preferably within subsea engineering, and extensive experience with integrity management within the offshore oil and gas industry. As our client operates in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. As a person, you have a structured and analytical approach to your work, and you thrive on creating results.
