The Company:
An established oil and gas operator company is looking for "Senior Operation Engineering Excellence"

The Role:
I. BASIC PURPOSE
Providing leadership and expertise to ensure the implementation of Operations Engineering Excellence (OEE) concepts and philosophies across the Indonesia operating assets. The primary function of this position is to lead the development, implementation and execution of OEE programs, processes and procedures. This position will manage technical experts in the following areas: Management of Change, the Asset & Operating Integrity, Facilities Engineering, Risk As

II. NATURE AND SCOPE
• Provide a structured MMS implementation and promote Defect Elimination culture across organization.
• Manage key technical authority in multidiscipline engineering including marine and subsea pipelines.
• Responsible to maintain and update Engineering Standard and Guidelines and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Responsible to maintain documentation control and application technical drag.
• Responsible to manage engineering service support contract.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• An engineering degree with 15+ years of direct operating experience in the oil & gas industry.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively work across organizational boundaries. Has demonstrated the ability to influence others while building and maintaining effective relationship.
• Sincere passion for Safety Leadership and ability to demonstrate that passion on a daily basis
• Well developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritize activities, meet commitments and produce desired results in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication, networking, prioritization and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse, multi-disciplined workforce.
• Possess knowledge of A&OI and operations competency requirements of governing codes, standards and laws.
• Strong organizational skills to handle day-to-day and multiple project

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Lead the development and execution of the strategic improvement plan in all areas. This will require establishing and documenting appropriate processes and metrics, staffing as needed and enlisting support from affected organizations.
• Define and coordinate risk assessments to activities toward areas of greater risk, with the desired effect of reducing the risk.
• Provide clarity regarding A&OI practices for facilities.
• Interface with internal stakeholders for program integration and in the spirit of continual improvement effort.
• Provide coaching, communication and awareness building to operating areas regarding OEE programs.
• Assist in driving the identified actions from plan through implementation in the field/operations.
• Develop, implement and manage the system that integrates knowledge sharing and become a working model for the company.
