The Role:
Purpose:
• Achieve wholesale and retail sales target included Fleet and Used car target
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction target (CSI)
• Achieve Dealer Sales Satisfaction target (DSI)
• Achieve Accessories sales target
• Make sure that Sales operation standards and process are in place and comply with CST agreement and Company Difference Standard
• Implement fleet and used car business through dealer
• Customer data base monitoring and management (LMS)
• Market information feedback, included competitors intelligence
• Customer handling: Sales related

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve wholesale, retail sales and market share target included Fleet and Used car target
• Supervise District Sales Manager to be effectively performed and achieve sales targets (retail sales, wholesale, accessories sales, fleet and used car sale
• To develop the effectively plan and implement according to plan to meet objectives/targets within time line
• Analysis the market/competitive situation in order to set up the plan to counteract and gain more market share as the company goal
• Evaluate the retail sales situation and present to management on the proposal with the information intelligence concept
• Dealer floor plan monitor and make sure that would be enough to support our company target
• Operate and implement fleet and used car program, follow the company strategy (both new and existing program)
• Report and attend the regional monthly sales meeting
• Support the distribution team for dealer ordering and situation recommendation
• Coordinate and work closely with other functions such as Franchise development / Marketing/ Finance (especially BRM team) / after sales
• Monitor, Implemented and Lead for any audit issue with the Business risk management team
• Work with the dealer and manage the district team for the local marketing, showroom activity and road show
• Work with marketing team to support our company plan for any marketing activity and event

2. Achieve Accessories sales target
• Supervise District Sales Manager to be effectively performed and achieve accessories sales
• Manage and set up the plan to monitor Accessories display and Accessories standards in the dealership
• Operate and implement accessories initiate program to maximize the opportunity to sell our genuine part

3. Achieve Customer Satisfaction target (CSI), especially in PDS target, Achieve Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI)
• Supervise District Sales Manager to effectively perform and achieve sales targets (CSI: PDS)
• Customer and prospecting management
• Handling and coaching the district team to work with the dealer if there is any customer complaint
• Be Dealer consultant and manage the district team to work with the dealer, base on their regional responsibility
• Set up and monitor district manager visit schedule, reporting update and any dealer action plan

4. Dealer Standards and development program implementation
• Monitor and focus on dealer sales people development through the retailers training
• Operate and maintain Sales standards under GM Difference concept and Company strategy.
• Frequently, dealer operation audit to minimize the risk and maximize the dealer standards
• Help create and Handle dealer meetings, shows, special sales promotion and campaigns- Contract assigned dealer at designated Retailers
• Regular contact with others outside the work group.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance review
• Combine the field visit report for Management review
• Be a part of Franchise committee for new dealer and retail operator approve process
• Be a part of Franchise committee for evaluate dealer performance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree with more than 7 years automobile sales & marketing experiences especially in sales experience.
• Knowledge in Retail Sales, Fleet Sales, Used car Sales and Dealer Operation
• Analytical Skill, Problem Solving, Think out of the box, Customer focus and handling , Negotiation skill
