The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Provide high levels of customer service to Clients Drilling Operations ensuring timely action of offshore requirements are met and sustained.

Ensuring full compliance to external regulations and laws in relation to the handling of Dangerous Goods, Load Restraint and all other applicable laws pertaining to Logistics.

Conduct operational interface sessions with end user customers.

Preparation of look ahead schedules for all operational requirements, including Casing Imports, Drilling Schedules, Forward planning for lay-down and facility requirements.

Assist in the development and design of engineered assets required locally to support operations Provide mentoring and training as the operational SME to subordinate Materials Traffic & Logistics personnel

Ensure operational processes & procedures are followed at all times.

First point of contact for offshore logistics requirements should escalation be required to address scheduling conflicts, and any other operations conflict issues.

Continuous improvement including the application of site specific improvement methodologies related to safety, service and efficiency initiatives, including but not limited to Cost reductions, Labour usage and allocation.

Develop and maintain Work Instructions, Processes and Procedures for Materials & Logistics / Traffic related activities pertaining to Supply Base and ensuring they are consistently applied.

Collect & collate information required for KPI reporting relating to all customer related metrics.

Identify & implement opportunities for improvement (OFI).

Manage & close out operational non conformances relating to Drilling Logistics Operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5+ Years in similar role in Oil & Gas industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and in busy operational environment High personal commitment to HSE
• Certification in the following Dangerous Good modules for Air, Sea & Road including the storage and handling of such commodities;
o Dangerous Goods By Air: Acceptance - Three Day Course, or
o Dangerous Goods By Air: Refresher - One Day Course (where current certification is due to expire within 12 months)
o Dangerous Goods by Air: Awareness – On-line
o Dangerous Goods By Sea, Full Accept- Two Day Course or On-line o Dangerous Goods by Road - One day Course
• Certified in the following Load Restraint modules;
o TLID407C Load and Unload Goods/Cargo and
o TLIA107C Secure Cargo
o TLID2707D Prepare for Transport of Dangerous Goods. o Certificate II in Transport & Logistics
o Applied First Aid o Supervisor Essentials Workshop (SEW)
o Training in corporate Quarantine Managemen
