Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. The Role:
Reporting to the Rotating Equipment Technical Authority
Responsible for providing specialist engineering knowledge and assistance in rotating equipment as well as general mechanical engineering knowledge in static equipment (piping, vessels & valves)
Operating in a technically challenging environment you can expect to address complex issues related to engineering modifications of existing systems/equipment and specification of new equipment when required as well as providing day to day support to a wide number of internal clients.
Capable of troubleshooting both machinery and static equipment related problems and providing technical advice to the operated Asset in a timely manner.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A degree in a relevant discipline
• Chartered engineer status
• Extensive operational experience in relevant arena
• Proven organisational and prioritisation skills
• Contract management experience
• Ability to travel to onshore and offshore sites as required
• Excellent communication & team skills
• A strong commitment to safety
