The Company:
Our client is one of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world.

The Role:
The incumbent provides technical support to Company in relation to all Mechanical aspects of new plant design, commissioning, operability and maintainability.

The right candidate will show design and trouble-shooting ability for static equipment (vessel, coolers, burners, etc.) and piping for Operating plants.

* Reviews and monitors ongoing piping and static equipment installations by the EPC Contractor, raises punch list items and warranty claims as required, provides technical advice, resolves technical issues.
* Ensures that plant and equipment meets the relevant company requirements for operation.
* Prepares Punch Lists prior to Mechanical Acceptance of systems and supervises inspections reviews of piping, vessels and columns.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
***Design and trouble-shooting ability for static equipment (vessel, coolers, burners, etc.) and piping for Operating plants***
15 years experience
Experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry in the Piping/Static Equipment Discipline and least 6 years specific involvement in commissioning and start-up of new facilities
Experience in piping system and static equipment design and pipe stress analysis.
Fully familiar with all the applicable ANSI and ASME Piping and vessel codes.
