The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Document Controller to join the Perth team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to support day to day Document Control requirements and longer term objectives
- Ensure integrity and completeness of management systems & business control documentation collections within the DMS master repository
- Monitor compliance and quality assurance activities to ensure integrity and completeness of controlled documentation
- Maintain controlled hardcopy document collection (inc. Field and department satellite locations)
- Develop, generate and distribute business reports as required
- Foster close relationships with key stakeholders to ease information transition within the business
- Perform document control compliance reviews and compile reports back to the business
- Coordinate the review, approval, distribution and transmission of documents
- Monitor the validation and approval of documents to ensure discipline and consistency
- Assist with information gathering, collation and setup for document control, physical files and electronic systems
- Commitment to health, environment and safety and company best practices This position is based in Perth but will including occasional travel to field locations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
- Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the Oil and Gas industry
- Extensive knowledge of document control and information management requirements
- Methodical and practical approach to issue prevention and problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and provide coaching, training and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results focused with strong initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
- A commitment to health, environment and safety excellence with the objective of creating an incident and injury free workplace
