The Role:
The Senior Subsea Pipeline Engineer is responsible for development of specifications, design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of subsea export pipeline and production flowline systems, end terminations and foundation structures. The position is also responsible for preliminary design for optimum routing, integrity, installation and stability as well as interface and risk management for all project phases. The Senior Subsea Pipeline Engineer will also manage interfaces with the Riser design team, FEED & execution contractors and ensure compliance with internal Chevron standards, industry guidelines and applicable government codes and regulations. The scope covers shallow/deepwater infield flowline and export pipelines including shore approach.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
B.S. Engineering required, P.E. License preferred, M.S. Optional
Proven track record of driving incident free HES culture. 20+ years experience and knowledge of detailed design, manufacture, testing, offshore installation, and commissioning of shallow and deepwater subsea pipelines, SCRs and subsea systems. Experience representing major operator. Experienced with applicable industry and regulatory codes, standards, and recommended practices of subsea systems.
