The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Our client, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integrated Schedule and Reporting Analyst to join the Ready for LNG (RFLNG) team. Reporting to the RFLNG Reporting and Scheduling Lead the purpose of this Perth based three year fixed term role is to develop and maintain an integrated schedule that identifies the business readiness activities required across all areas to ensure that each LNG asset has the appropriate business systems in place to be fully operational.

The RFLNG team work across projects and are an enabler in the transformation of the Australian business unit into a mega-LNG operator and play an important role in helping to develop the desired culture in the business unit.

Key responsibilities include:
• Liaise with the appropriate business process management across all areas to develop integration and interdependency links and capture these in the RFLNG integrated schedule, coordinating with business process management to track progress
• Using the integrated schedule, lead scenario planning sessions and analysis of the supplied data for reporting to the senior management team to support their decision making process
• Quality check and verify progressed data
• Based on progress outcomes and the associated issues and risks, work with the the business process areas to develop narratives to be included in the management team report
• Provide regular reports to the management team and business process management to highlight key successes and issues
• Maintain the RFLNG project schedule and internal scorecard
• Ensure compliance to the clients planning and reporting standards
• Deliver continuous improvement on planning and reporting processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key skills and experience required:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of large scale business processes and their interdependencies
• Significant demonstrated experience in business planning or project planning in a large scale industry, oil and gas is preferable and LNG will be highly regarded
• Strong Primavera P6 experience and strong Microsoft Excel experience preferably at an advanced level
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels
