The Role:
The Role:

• Fully responsible for Well Services Master Schedule build, maintenance and development.
• Manage contractors and review their' detailed schedule and provide comments
• Consistent integration of Wells Services schedule with other departments’ schedules; SubSurface, Major projects, Water injection and Operation
• Manage PoP time on all New and Post Workover wells
• Schedule and manage all civil work requirements for Wells department
• Alignment of the Well Services schedules with the TAR schedules
• Prepare and communicate rigless integrity repair schedule with the relevant parties
• Make sure that subsurface surveillance targets are met
• Manage and coordinate Well Services resources seamlessly i.e. 7 Coil tubing units, 6 Slickline units, 8 Wireline units and 14 WT/FB packages
• Make sure the services required by the rigs are provided seamlessly, including pre and post rig activities
• Prepare weekly KPIs and monthly reports
• Mentor and coach the junior planners on schedule controls to aid project delivery
• Critically analyze existing project controls procedure, practices and standards and provide suggestions for improvement
• Provide other project controls support as needed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years experience as a Planner/Scheduler within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Upstream/Operator experience desired
• Drilling, WorkOver and Well Services experience would be desirable
• A Bachelor Degree in Engineer or a technically related subject is desired.
• Extensive knowledge of Primavera scheduling system and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience working with small teams and contractors
• Gulf Working experience
• Excellent communication skills are required, demonstrable ability to lead meetings and provide concise summary of any subsequent actions.
