The Company:

The Role:
Assist Lead Quality Engineer and Project Management team on the implementation, control and maintenance of the Contract Quality Management System, control of the contract audit programme and provision of advice to the contract on Quality Management issues.

Main Duties:
o Deputise for Lead Quality Advisor when required.
o Co-ordinate contract quality matters.
o Assist in the maintenance / upgrade of the Contract Management System, integration with the company Management Systems, and co-ordination of supporting procedures and audit programmes.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of the audit schedule.
o Perform internal and external audits, in accordance with the Audit Schedule.
o Recommend corrective actions for non-conformance and deviations to systems and procedures.
o Verification of vendor and sub-contractor Quality Systems.
o Review supplier quality plans, Inspection and test plans, fabrication packs etc. and liaise with project contractors and vendors to assure the standard and effectiveness of documentation.
o Assist the Quality Team in any inspection and quality related investigation.
o Review and approval of Contract Engineering Deliverables.
o Recognise and support Project delivery schedule dates in work programmes.
o Assist with the Engineering contractors quality management systems in the development of suitable documentation.
o Provide an interface between the contract and the client where required.
o Liaise with the client's verification body to assure compliance with relevant OIAVS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Proven track record of Quality Management.
o Competent computer skills.
o Good organisational skills.
o Qualified Lead Auditor.
o Experience in root cause analysis.
o Good presentation skills.
o Experience in Brownfield Projects.
o Extensive oil and gas experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
o Minimum HNC.
o CQI Quality Management qualification.
