The Company:
Our client is a major global Oil and Gas EPC management company that can cover small Brownfield projects to major Greenfield projects.
They are a growth company who can serve as a Sole Supplier, Joint Venture or Subcontractor. With a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects they are a progressive and attractive company.

The Role:
Our Client’s Improve is a core service for brownfield operations focused on the delivery of major projects, upgrades, debottlenecking, project portfolio management and support services to sustain our customer’s assets and improve business performance.

Successful Improve contracts are based on strong relationship management, a culture requiring committed and empowered people using open and respectful communication, being responsive to customer preferences and a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Improve contracts operate as standalone businesses requiring performance driven personnel who wish to see projects delivered from inception to handover safely, interfacing with sub-contractors and vendors and be able to respond in a flexible manner to changing customer needs.

We are currently sourcing x 2 Senior Process Engineers to join the North West Office.

Position as a strategic appointment to work on current and future projects in our Manchester office. The candidates will be a senior or lead engineer with a proven track record of leading the process effort of successful projects.

The candidates will also be responsible for the project progress reporting, man hour estimates and forward loading, mentoring engineers and assisting with business development. Good communication and presentation skills are therefore essential. Some travel may be required but the home office will be Manchester.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experienced Chartered Process Engineer.
Proven track record of Process design.
Excellent technical communication and co-ordination skills.
Degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering
