The Role:
a. Duties: Lead/support well and completion planning for new developments in the NOV team, as well as provide technical oversight and guidance for surveillance activities in existing NOV Assets. Design and carry out both routine and complex surveillance activities, and effectively problem-solve well performance issues. Work closely with operator technical staff to represent viewpoints and provide technical influence for all production engineering issues and activities.

b. Qualifications:
• Relevant Engineering degree (Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical preferred) and 10+ years working as a Production Engineer. Strong preference for Deep Water and subsea experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in well and completion design, production surveillance, well flow and integrated production system modelling,
• Significant operations/field assignments as well as office/study assignments in multi-disciplinary subsurface teams.
• Prior experience with Non-Operated Ventures is a preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder demands and issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant technical projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of full range of G&G/PP/RE/PE/WE activities from static to dynamic to well planning to field development and surveillance.
