The Company:
An Oil and gas company is seeking a Senior Program Officer

The Role:
Develop the scope of work for GeoTech Baseline, Restoration Management Services and IP (indigenous people) Baseline, working together with Project Engineer,
Develop the Joint Agreement for Restoration Funding Assistance Program with government
Collaborating with Project Engineer to produce a weekly progress report for each activity within internal team, maintain regular communications, update to and collect feedback/issue from local government and local community in relation to this program with critical identification on issue that may lead for potential risk
Working together with Site project Engineer and Site Cost Controller to monitor the contractor’s progress in the construction phase, spending pattern, indicate potential delay and encourage contractor to seek effort to maintain delivery as per planned schedule.
Discussed with Local Regency on any constraint potentially leading to delayed delivery for this housing program appraisal.
Perform regular communication & update to Local government on project's progress, relationship maintenance incl.courtesy visit to Local Government.
Manage positive relationship with Local Regency and local communities teaming with C&EA for the benefit of stakeholder’s

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
At minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university or high school with proven experience and good track record of socio infra-structure program in villages

1. At the minimum 10 years’ experience with proven track record in managing program related to stakeholder's socio infra-structure improvement program in villages
2. Experienced in leadership role in coordinating multiple team from multiple departments.
3. Experienced in developing, managing contract and working with contractor including contractor performance monitoring.
4. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skill including excellent communication skill with local people.
5. Proven excellent commun ication skills to local community and local government administration.
6. Undederstand the philosophy and content of an AMDAL Document.
7. PC literate with fair skills to MSWord, MSEXcel and MSPowerpoint

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
1. Team player. Ability to work with other resources from another department (TEP, C&EA, PSCM).
2. Familiar working with local community and local government staffs with knowledge in local culture and wisdom
