The client consists of 3 divisions being Engineering and Production Facilities, Well Support and Gas Turbine Services and is an international leader in both marginal field developments, in life-of-field engineering and in production support.

The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:
• Budgets
• Schedules and programme delivery
• Cost Reporting
• Change Management
• Estimate and CTR Delivery

Supervisory and Managerial Duties:
• Focal point for Engineering delivery
• Day to day interface with both onshore and offshore client teams and project teams.
• Financial and man-hour control for Engineering scopes of work
• Manage assigned project PSN resources to meet Client asset work requirements within designated solutions team
• Agree discipline CTRs, Estimate, KPIs and budget for Scope of Work
• To implement the estimate challenge process via Tiering, solutions challenge and LEAN Engineering
• Develop and agree estimate with Client and provide supporting documentation as per project requirements
• Monitoring and reporting of team workload and resources
• To identify Scope, programme and deliverable impact Change to Engineering Manager in a timely manner
• Ensure Deliverables Lists dates are agreed with Project services and aligned to the level 2 and 3 programmes
• To ensure Scope, programme and deliverable impact Change is communicated across disciplines

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience:
• 10 years experience in engineering Oil and Gas experience highly desirable, but petrochemicals acceptable.
