The Role:
•Ensure all Maintenance & minor projects comply with the Capital Value Process.
•Act as the key liaison between the SPA Groups and the Ops and Maintenance Team. Ensures open and timely communication between these two groups.
•Contributes to the overall delivery and strategy setting process.
•Facilitates constructability reviews for all work scope items as required.
•Ensures that all appropriate measures are undertaken to eliminate re-work and modifications.
•Management of all aspects of the Instrument and Electrical scope in liaison with the Outage Delivery team SPA’s. Understands overall Outage work-scope and interfaces.
•Develop, update and communicate all preparation milestones and Key Performance indicators (KPI’s).
•Oversee the development of all scope execution plans into Primavera P6 including resources, Histograms and network logic.
•Participates in key pre-preparation activities, for example risk reviews, lessons learnt and GOC preparation.
•Manage all materials planning, procurement and On-Shore & Off-Shore coordination following delivery.
•Ensures work is planned within the budget constraints of the Andrew allocation
•Manage the preparation activities in compliance with agreed CVP milestones.
•Manage all pre-construction SIMOP activities in liaison with the Outage SPA’s.
•Implement practices and procedures consistent with the overall delivery strategy.
•To pro-actively support the safety culture of the Platform.
