The Company:
Our client operates internationally with a renowned reputation and extensive experience in deepwater subsea, umbilical, riser and flowline making it the referred contractor for UK and global energy companies. To assist in continued increases in workload we are keen to identify a Project Surveyor with experienced of complex projects and able to work within an integrated team in providing world class planning, design and delivery solutions.

The Role:
The role is Senior Project Surveyor and the post holder will be tasked with providing technical and commercial expertise to a variety of projects including the following responsibilities:

•To ensure that all Survey related activities are undertaken in accordance with HSEQ procedures.
•He / she shall be required to develop project procedures and quality plans, sourcing of technical equipment in liaison with SCM and ensuring that quality control standards are maintained at or above, the required standard.
•Ensure that Offshore Resources are made aware in a timely manner of offshore personnel needs (define personnel competences).
•Ensure that the Equipment Group is aware of needs in a timely manner; this should include project duration to ensure that Calibration periods are effectively managed.
•Support project during Client meetings.
•Undertake project briefings/ debriefings during periods of mob / demobilisation with key survey personnel / other project personnel.
•To act as liaison on behalf of project both with internal and external interfaces.
•Ensure that end of trip reports are closed out in a timely manner with lessons learned being captured and communicated.
•Any other duties as directed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Educated to HND or Degree
•A high level of knowledge and understanding of current offshore survey techniques and technologies
•Previous exposure in managing, directing and developing project teams
•Evidence of participating in offshore competence or PMR
•Knowledge of surface/subsurface positioning systems
