The Company:
EPCM Oil & Gas Company - Woodside projects -– Career Development – Office based role

The Role:
Reporting to the Assurance and Verification Lead your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate the day-to-day QA/QC activities and workload of the QA/QC Coordinators.
• Coordinate inspection of fabrication and procurement of major items of equipment.
• Conduct audits as scheduled to support the TW audit programme.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, appraisals, audits and pre-inspection visits to suppliers, including review of supplier quality documentation and inspection activities at supplier premises.
• Reviewing bill of materials
• Development and implementation of timely and cost effective inspection and test processes and procedures without compromise of quality of product or service.
• Complete inspection coordination activities and review of design deliverables in a timely manner to assist in achieving project schedules.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have held in a similar role and have a demonstrated understanding of quality related requirements for procurement and fabrication of items to industry and company specifications. In addition you will posses the following skills and attributes:

• Solid oil and gas industry experience
• Degree or certificate in a related discipline such as structural, mechanical, electrical/instrumentation or technology related areas such as NTD, welding, etc
• Expertise in one or more of the following fields: pressure equipment, inspection, materials, fabrication, painting and quality assurance
• Experience in project management/Brownfield projects environment
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Proactive work ethics and customer focus
• High level of interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
