The Company:
Our client designs, manufactures and provides service support for a wide variety of Diving and Life Support Equipment’s.

The Role:
Senior QHSE Advisor

To ensure the company maintains strict adherence with the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems currently in place. This would include the development and on-going revision of the Management Systems and their related processes.

Responsibilities of the Senior QHSE Advisor

• Client quality planning and product compliance to strict technical specifications.
• Management and reportage of product discrepancies/investigations which will require direct liaison with both defence and commercial clients.
• System audits of both internal processes and external client systems
• Internal liaison with Heads of Departments and management of QHSE priorities based on the needs of the business and Senior Managements requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong QHSE experience within a similar role
• Understanding of management systems to the guiding standards (BS EN ISO 9001:2008, 14001 and 18001)
• Previous experience in an oil & gas related company Advantageous
• NEBOSH Certificate
• Personal communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of an organisation.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Show an eagerness and desire to implement continual improvement as a core business policy
