The Role:
-Deliver a Quality Management System and QA/QC related deliverables, assuring alignment with Company Quality Standards and Procedures.

-Provide project QA support and assure development and implementation of an effective Project Quality Strategy and PQP.

-Identify risks that can be mitigated by Quality Assurance, Quality Control and surveillance activities.

-Co-ordinate the development of the Quality Activity Matrix and actively manage the overall project assurance, surveillance, audit and review activities.

-Oversee Project third party inspection plan / Contractor / Vendor QA/QC activities.

-Highlight Quality lessons learned and drive intervention, improvement measures.

-Execute project / Contractor / Vendor audits; ensuring effective remedial action is taken to correct non-conformities.

-Liaise with supply chain management and relevant discipline engineers to agree:

-The Quality Intervention Strategy / assess the Quality capabilities of Vendors for Long Lead Equipment and Materials.

-The Quality requirements for inclusion in Contract documents. Quality surveillance requirements (I&TP).

-Identify and take up corrective action required to address issues identified in quality surveillance reports.

-Coordinate the development of the Project Controls and Assurance Plan and liaise with relevant Technical Authorities s to agree input. Establish the controls and necessary interfaces to ensure effective implementation of the Technical Assurance delivery processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or an equivalent qualification.

-Several years industry experience in QA/QM positions.

-Fully versed with ISO 9000, API and appropriate industry standards.

-Fully versed in Quality auditing processes.

-Lead Auditor qualification desirable.

-Extensive knowledge and experience of Quality Management Principles.

-You will have a proven track record of leading and defining improvement activities and shaping the methods for supplier approaches to business excellence.

-Excellent analytical oral and written communication skills.

-An excellent communicator, your strong service provision ethos and ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders means you will be an effective QM role model.
