The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Facilitation and Event Management of Graduate Assessment Event (c. 4 per wk) for approximately 3 months ensuring that logistics are in place, rooms are set-up, materials are correct and assessors/candidates are briefed.

* Responsible for compiling assessment centre packs/materials in preparation for assessment centres.
* Support Apprentice Assessment Events as required
* Briefing Senior Managers in the morning of the days schedule and activities
* Administering an assessment exercise.
* Post assessment event data input relating to candidates outcome/performance
* Administering electronic feedback reports to candidates.
* Support the management of apprentice recruitment events
