The Role:
Fircroft currently seeks the skills of a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office. With an enviable contractor base coupled with a set of sales tools beyond pure contingent recruitment, Fircroft offers an outstanding opportunity to reach your potential.

Responsibilities will include;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients, contractors and candidates
• Delivery of white collar contract and permanent vacancies acquired from an existing client base, coupled with sector development alongside our existing management team
• Communication of business opportunities and participation within leadership group regarding the development of subsequent strategies
• Provision of full recruitment output from brief through to close.

• An exceptional network of pro-Fircroft clients and contractors including international Owner-operators, Engineering Consultancies, Construction & Maintenance Contractors, and OEM’s across the Oil, Gas and Energy sectors
• Hybrid desk with sector and regional scope to ensure consistency of revenue (Eastern Seaboard Australia & PNG)
• Competitive base salary with quarterly GP-based commissions
• Provision of exceptional tools to ensure that you can provide a full consulting service to your client network
• Career progression within recruitment, account and/or business development management across our domestic and international office network
• Scope to develop your leadership and strategy development skills within an existing and experienced leadership team

What we are looking for:
• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting within the Oil, Gas, Energy, Resources, Infrastructure and/or Construction sectors would be preferred
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with the ability to maintain a professional work ethic at all times
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with the initiative to work alone
