The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client has undergone significant growth recently and there is now a new requirement for a Senior Remuneration & Benefit Advisor to join the business in a full time capacity.

Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager this role will be responsible for gathering and analysing internal & external remuneration & benefit data to develop implement and maintain Rem & Ben policies, standards, initiatives, systems & processes.

Your key accountabilities will be, but not limited to:

• Provide support in developing and implementing the company’s annual salary treatment process
• Lead the development, implementation & maintenance of an enhanced benefit package
• Be the point of contact for new hire & ad hoc rem review enquiries
• Be key support to the Rem & Ben Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful for this rare opportunity, we are looking for a highly motivated & results driven Senior HR professional, with significant global project experience in remuneration and benefits, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. You must be able to demonstrate solid experience in developing, implementing & maintaining remuneration systems & benefit initiatives, including possessing good knowledge of HR best practice and industry work standard issues.
