The Role:
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• To produce production profiles for Our Client's assets when required, including annual planning and reserves reporting.
• To monitor production data and to maximise production and reserves for Our Client's assets
• Participate in peer reviews
• Support evaluations of new business opportunities
• Represent Our Client at technical and operating committee meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Senior Reservoir Engineer with sound technical background and experience of a wide range of projects, including field appraisal and development plan Required
• Operational experience would be an advantage. Required
• Engineering degree with preferably post graduate degree in Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).Required
• Working knowledge of other disciplines including, geology, geophysics, drilling, production operations, economics and well completions. Required
• Possesses the ability to utilize all the available data and apply the appropriate analytical and numerical techniques. Required
• Is able to quantify risk and uncertainty and to understand the impact on production forecasts and decisions. Required
• Competent user of reservoir engineering software (Eclipse, PETEX suite, Saphire, Petrel RE) Required
• Fluent in English Required
• Other languages that would be advantageous are Russian, French and Arabic. Required
• 8+ years experience. Required

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong communication skills. Is able to listen and communicate clearly and concisely within a multi-cultural and multi-discipline environment. Comfortable presenting to technical peers and Executive Management.

This engineer should have reasonable experience of North Sea oil projects (incl HP-HT) and be capable of picking up a project and working independently
